WILD CHERRY HOUSE, ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
The concept design phase is complete for a 2 story 3000 gsf walkout design located on a wooded sloping lot. A cottage is also part of the project, located downslope on the site. The new residence is wrapped in a fieldstone base, and a composite panel enclosure with a metal roof. Construction to begin in spring 2023.

The mixed-use project consists of a commercial base with an apartment on the second floor, as well as the outbuilding of a two-car carport. The architecture echoes the village character, i.e. small scale & simplicity. The quality of the work exceeds the neighborhood, since the project meets the FBC, FEMA, ADA, & wind codes. Construction in progress, complete fall 2021.

BOHR ADDITION, ATLANTIC BEACH
The 1961 oceanfront residence has been subdivided into three condominium units over the last few decades. The easterly addition to the oceanfront wing consists of a new bedroom, den, and living space, linked to the principal condominium. The diamond truss roofline echoes the original Taylor Hardwick design. Construction to begin fall of 2022.
