This bistro includes 4000 gsf of renovated area, which required complete construction of the mechanical, electrical, lighting and interior finishes. Construction complete 1999.

UNICAT GALLERY & STUDIOS, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

The Unicat Gallery is owned by Noli Novak and George Cornwell, who are long-time artists and patrons in Jacksonville and New York City. The existing 1912 “Wellbrock” building was adapted to create the gallery, event space, and second floor artist studios. The scope of renovation included extensive interior upgrades, as well as new MEP throughout. The lighting installation in the main galleries create a highly flexible, world-class display space. Construction was completed Fall 2025.

CECIL VIGNUTTI STUDIO, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

This 1920s carriage house was renovated in 1986 from a former retail space, to a full service salon. The 24″ thick stone and masonry walls enclose a new floor plan and all new mechanical, lighting and electrical systems.

200 FIRST STREET, NEPTUNE BEACH, FLORIDA

The adaptive re-use of the former Ed Smith Lumber Company was initiated in 1998. 15,800 gsf of mixed use leaseable area was created to house art galleries, a coffee shop, retail and office space. Construction was completed in fall 2001.
